Philip Norman Bradley, the Australian Artist of 'Colonial House' has brought back the original Colonial Australian style house into the modern 21st century, and is now opening it up to limited offers and bids to enjoy the right to own one for yourself or for an investment, that you can buy with your BitCoin, CryptoCoin
(You will just be bidding for the rights to build Philip's designed 'Colonial House' with the plans for the exterior design, not to be altered. He will work with you on designing the interia to suit your needs at an extra cost but if you chose you can use your own architects.)
A home and/or an investment, you can bid or make an offer for as many as you like, limited to country and all purchased with CryptoCurrency or Cash transaction, for the rights to own the full design and have built in your countries, county, provence or state. (Limited one to each) A fixed designed exterior Colonial Style House with 21st century Luxury inside, that will be, if not better than, the luxury hotels in Dubai. Wether you purchase the rights for it to be your own family home or an investment as a 24 kingsize bedroom Hotel/Conference centre with music, radio and TV studios built in to your requirements. Foreign/VIP dignitary residence, catering for all staff and security needs, with helicopter pad and/or private Jet plane landin strip and/or water side boat jetty, you can decide. The interia plans can be recreated to suit what ever you desire, Philip will with qualified experienced architects try to provide all you want that is achievable. All you need is the land and the permission to build it on. (We can provide these services for you. A quote will be given upfront)
As there will be a limited amount of Colonial Houses allowed to be built as like the Hilton hotels to say, the highest bidding or offers will be accepted and can be paid using Crypto and Bitcoin Currency per rights to buy the 'Colonial Style House' by Artist Philip Norman Bradley. (You can place your bid or offer from today. All will be considered.) After your purchase you can sell the rights on if you change your mind and transfered in name to the new buyer but only through the 'Colonial House' office. (A transfer fee will be required,) Then build yourself or have Philip's team to do all the work for you on acceptance of our quote and conditions of sale and build. (A limited amount of 'Colonial houses' can be built in each country.) Interior plan designs can be provided by Philip's architects or your own, to suit your requirements.

A Free 60 minuet meeting or telephone appointment can be made available. There after a fee will be charged at $500 AUS per hour with Philip himself or $300 AUS per hour with a Team member. (Refundable on all complete purchase.)
All bids or offers will be displayed on the website under the title, 'Bids and offers' by Country, state, country, province. The Colonial House's that are successful acquired will be listed as not available. No details or sale prices will be shown for privacy reasons. (Remember you are buying just the write to own and build a Colonial House in your territory. Multiple sales of rights are allowed if you are investigating and operating as a chain business.)

Following a purchase of a 'Colonial House' where ever in the world, that can be a home or an investment, Philip will provide all the necessary plans to complete your build. All plans will include hot water sola heating and/or ground hot water pump heating. Sola electric power and storage. Fresh cold water direct from the ground water table or mains services with rain water storage. Concrete, brick and aluminium build for fire protection and heating insulation. Fire and camera security systems installed. Fresh air and air conditioning systems. With all electrical, plumbing and drainage needs.
